This month Marco attended a very informative transportation forum. He learned a ton about the new tunnel, how we will pay tolls over the new 520 bridge, and the light rail expansion.

Marco on the Town - August

What's Marco up to in August?

Marco was out and about in Belltown, Capitol Hill, South Lake Union, and Downtown looking for properties for clients and becoming very well acquainted with our local inventory. He was on the hunt for condos and townhomes ranging from 1 bedrooms to 2. He saw a lot of fabulous stuff and some at great prices.

This month Marco attended a presentation on The Value of the View hosted at Fifteen Twenty-One Condominiums by William Justen, a noted development consultant here in Seattle. Discussion revolved around the importance of a protected view and the status of upcoming condo developments.

GFE and Settlement Statement Changes

Marco spent the good part of the morning and afternoon going over and learning about the changes to Good Faith Estimates (GFE) and Settlement Statements (HUD). With this knowledge he will be better prepared to understand these documents when reviewing them with his clients.
